Iyengar Yoga Intro
New to yoga? or Iyengar Yoga? Or never had a classic introduction?  We will focus on strengthening the body, in particular, the arms and legs to support the health of our spine. This class would also be great for those who have been practicing for awhile and want to work on stamina in their standing poses. No yoga experience necessary.

Yoga Foundations 101 & 201*
Develop an understanding of your body through yoga. Learn practices for mobility, stability, balance, strength, and restoration. Lessons will include basic anatomy, alignment ques, how to use props, and variations for abilities. All levels welcome.  *(201 classes are just a little longer than 101)

Continuing Yoga
Continue work of fundamental postures with more refinement and move on to more challenging ones. Sometimes we hold poses longer, sometimes we move quickly and jump. And a focus on preparing for and working with inversions, including headstand and shoulderstand.

Chair Yoga
The name says it all. All are welcome and the only prop you need is a chair: preferably without arms, definitely without wheels.

Gentle Pace Yoga
A warm, supportive environment for students who would like or need a slower, gentler pace due to common ailments or for those starting yoga at an older age.  No yoga experience necessary.

Restorative/Yin Yoga
In this calming restorative/yin class, we will practice slower movements, longer holds, and deep breathing to cultivate flexibility, rest and space in our bodies and minds. Appropriate for all levels.

Nurture, Support and Restore Yoga
In these lessons we will explore self love by opening our hearts and our bodies in a variety of supportive ways. This class will focus on calming the nervous system, letting go of anxieties, and releasing tension, trauma and holding patterns in the body. No yoga experience necessary.

*alternative postures are available if you do not practice inversions (upside down poses)
