There is a sense of freedom in looking at a blank piece of paper, and this is an opportunity to fill it while being surrounded by an inclusive community. This event is open to all abilities, whether you are excited to learn or you are a practicing artist excited to share. We dabble in lots of different mediums with the only expectation that we have fun and connect with each other and ourselves. Since it goes over the dinner hour, there are always snacks. We try to be cognizant of dietary restrictions and have a variety of options.

SOMA Breath Workshops with Sarah

Then we will launch into an Energized Meditation routine which consists of various movements (ecstatic dance, "superbrain yoga," shaking), chanting and SOMA Breath's signature breathwork routine. This breathwork is super powerful and includes rhythmic breathing (breathing in beats to trypnaural music available only from SOMA Breath), and breath holding with the goal of achieving a deep meditative state as well as physical and mental health benefits from a brief hypoxic (lower oxygen) state.
