Work with more subtle aspects of asana as a path towards twists, back extensions, inversions, pranayama, and more. Let’s dive deeper into the practice with courage and curiosity. Need a slower paced yoga class?

Want to learn yoga practices for healing?
Gentle, Healing, & Supportive Yoga
Learn practices for common injuries and ailments as well as supportive poses for overall well-being. In this class we'll work on calming our nervous systems, letting go of anxieties, and releasing tension and trauma in the body. All levels welcome.
Ready to move your body and release some energy?
5Rhythms® SWEAT
In this 5Rhythms® class, let the music be your guide as you dive into a movement meditation through the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. All are welcome! No previous dance experience is necessary. Bring water and wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move.
Need some time to unwind and be creative?
Community Art Night
There is a sense of freedom in looking at a blank piece of paper, and this is an opportunity to fill it while being surrounded by an inclusive community. This event is open to all abilities, whether you are excited to learn or you are a practicing artist excited to share. We dabble in lots of different mediums with the only expectation that we have fun and connect with each other and ourselves. Since it goes over the dinner hour, there are always snacks. We try to be cognizant of dietary restrictions and have a variety of options.
