When I practice, I am a philosopher. When I teach, I am a scientist. When I demonstrate, I am an artist. -B.K.S. Iyengar

Sarah Falter
SOMA Breath Advanced Instructor
Hi!! I'm Sarah Falter I'm a SOMA Breath Advanced Instructor, I lead in person and online sessions and workshops. I also hold a BA in Psychology and Women's Studies. My mission is to be authentic/honest/raw and create content that helps people love themselves, "move" (feel) emotions, and EMERGE FORWARD in their lives as I did after discovering SOMA Breath. I want to connect with like minded people, and share in the joy of SOMA Breath. I especially like to help people who experience self hate, anxiety, panic, chronic fatigue and physical pain, because these are things I have experienced. I have also experienced a lot of wonderful self love and it feels SO GOOD. I want you to experience that too if you haven't or if you just want more of it. I experienced a big increase in energy when I did the SOMA Breath 21 day journey, which was such a big deal for me because that is what I was looking for when I found SOMA Breath - help with chronic fatigue. I have been a serious student of the Isha Judd system for about four years, and have learned from Teal Swan, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Kyle Cease, Dan Neuffer's ANS Rewire Program, and Raelan Agle.
