Begin your study of yoga with a strong foundation. Designed for you to learn the fundamental postures of the practice and experience the benefits of practicing the queen of all yoga poses, salamba sarvangasana (shouderstand)*.
Continuing
Continue your study of fundamental postures with more refinement and develop a well-rounded personal practice that includes the king of all poses, shirshasana (headstand)*.
Intermediate
Deepen your understanding of preliminary and continuing postures, and move forward on to more challenging ones. For students who have a regular practice, and can sustain shoulderstand, headstand, and variations*.
*alternatives will be given if you cannot practice inversions (upside down poses) due to medical reasons

Restorative Yoga
Share community healing space in this supportive, nurturing environment. Poses aid in the relief of tension and stress.
Gentle Yoga
A warm, supportive environment for students who would like or need a slower, gentler pace due to common ailments or for those starting yoga at an older age.
Women of Color
Our effort to decolonize yoga. Multi-level for black, brown, yellow, red, and mixed women of color and our experiences in a culture that marginalizes us. Trans and cis women welcome, as well as LGBTQ and Muslim women of color. Want to learn more? Family Yoga
Build healthy relationships and strong bodies with those you love by learning yoga together in this light-hearted introduction. All types of families and caregivers welcome.
