Homemade Props

What can you use to make props at home?

Here's some alternatives and ideas:
  • yoga blocks: or a stack of books, stool, bench, chair
  • yoga blankets: or house blankets, throws, pillows
  • yoga belt: or a regular belt, exercise band, towel
  • yoga bolster: or a few towels rolled together, bed pillow folded in half long way and tied, 2 pillows stuffed into one pillow case
 
And empty wall space, a couch, bed or chair can also be great tools.
